Payment Schedule

Payment Schedule (Tentative – 6 Months Duration)

Payments shall be made according to the following construction milestones:

Clarifications & General Conditions

  1. The covered area mentioned is purely estimated and provided for indicative purposes only. The final covered area shall be measured on site, shade-to-shade, for final approval and clearance.
  2. Any work outside the defined covered area shall be treated as extra work and will be charged separately as per mutually agreed rates.
  3. The Contractor shall provide all necessary skilled and unskilled labour required for completion of the grey structure works.
  4. All construction materials including cement, steel, sand, crush, bricks, etc. shall be provided by the Client.
  5. The Contractor shall ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and standard construction practices.
  6. In case stone, rock, or any hard strata is encountered during excavation, additional excavation costs (including machinery, labour, and disposal) shall be borne by the client/owner and will be charged separately as per actuals or mutually agreed rates.
  7. The Contractor shall be responsible for proper execution and workmanship. Any defective work shall be rectified without additional labour cost.
  8. Payments shall be made according to the agreed stage-wise payment schedule.
  9. The Client shall ensure timely provision of materials and site access. Any delay in material supply may affect the project timeline.
  10. The Contractor shall maintain discipline and safety of labour at the site.
  11. Any additional work not included in the agreed scope shall be executed only after mutual agreement on labour rates.
  12. Water and electricity required for construction activities shall be provided by the Client at site, free of cost.
